The Contract to Develop the Future School for Ukraine Project is Signed with the Winning Team
On October 30, 2024, the winners of the Future School for Ukraine global competition were invited to the annual Development Cooperation Conference in Lithuania to sign a contract for developing their project.
At the conference, the winning architectural bureau Scandurra Studio Architettura from Italy shared their vision for the project, which was co-created with Ukrainian architect Mykhailo Vustyansky. The Future School for Ukraine initiative and project were also introduced to Mr. Davide La Cecilia, Special Envoy for Ukraine Reconstruction from Italy’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, who attended the event.
The day before, the winning team showcased their project idea and its visualization at a special event organized by the Lithuanian Union of Architects (LAS) at the National Art Gallery in Vilnius.
